Gujarat Titans Full Squad for 2024: The Gujarat Titans, the runner up of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023, are gearing up for the upcoming season in 2024.
The team has decided to retain the majority of their squad from the previous season, with 18 players set to continue their journey with the Titans. They have only released six players before the mini-auction scheduled for December.
As part of their strategic plans, the Gujarat Titans have made a few changes to their team composition. In a trade deal, they have exchanged wicketkeeper-batter Rahmanullah Gurbaz and pacer Lockie Ferguson, both of whom were released, with the Kolkata Knight Riders.
Furthermore, the Titans have decided to part ways with four other players to create room for new talent. Gurkeerat Singh, Jason Roy, Varun Aaron, and Dominic Drakes will not be part of the team for the upcoming season.
The Titans are now looking forward to the mini-auction to strengthen their squad and build a formidable team for the challenges that lie ahead in 2024.
The Gujarat Titans team is determined to build upon their strong performance from the previous year and replicate their success in the upcoming season of 2024.
Despite their disappointing loss against the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2023 on May 29, 2023, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, where they were defeated by 5 wickets, the team has remained resilient and focused on their goal.
The loss served as motivation for the Titans to work harder and reclaim their title as champions.
The Gujarat Titans, owned by CVC Capital Partners, have made significant changes to their team lineup and management.
With a fresh outlook and renewed strategies, the Titans are fully prepared to take on the fierce competition and leave a lasting impact in the upcoming season.
The team is eager to showcase their talent, determination, and team spirit as they strive to emerge victorious once again and bring joy to their devoted fans.

Gujarat Titans Team Players auction 2024
The 2022 IPL Mega auction marked an important event where all ten teams participated in selecting their squads for the upcoming season.
Each team had a maximum budget of INR 90 crores ($12.5 million) to form a squad consisting of up to 25 players. The rules mandated a minimum of 7 domestic players in each team’s squad.
As the two new teams, the Gujarat Titans and the Lucknow Super Giants, joined the IPL, they had a unique opportunity to select three players each from the pool of players who were not retained by any of the existing teams.
This allowed them to build their foundation by adding talented players who had become available during the auction.
