The Asia Cup 2023 cricket tournament is coming up soon! The tournament will be played in the 50-over format this time, with matches taking place in both Pakistan and Sri Lanka from August 30th to September 17th.
Six teams will be competing – the traditional cricket powerhouses of India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, along with Afghanistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
India, Pakistan, and Nepal are placed together in Group A, while Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh make up Group B.

The group stage will be round-robin, with each team playing the others in their group once. The top two teams from each group will then advance to the Super Four round which will be another round-robin between those four teams.
After the Super Four round is over, the top two teams will face off in the finals, which will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
It should be an exciting tournament between these talented Asian teams! Fans are eager to see rivals India and Pakistan square off and see if an underdog like Afghanistan or Nepal can surprise the traditional cricketing giants.
